We were both tired of hiring workers that showed up late or said they were going to fix something that they never got around to doing. Why is this an acceptable standard? I recently reached out to Pink’s for some storefront cleaning services for my business, and am overall very satisfied with everything about my experience, from the turnaround time of a quote inquiry to showing up at my store to assess services needed, the professionalism of the team that arrived, and services rendered. Most importantly, I appreciated that the owner, Jami, was very open to direct communication and happy to answer any and all questions and follow-up questions I had. No question is too small for her to take time out of her day to get back to you, and fairly swiftly.

I did have a hiccup in the services booked versus services received, and that was mostly a communication issue on my end. What I appreciated most about this interaction with Pink’s and Jami was being direct about the problem. No one likes receiving bad news, but sometimes having to deliver bad news is just as bad (and in this context I think worse for her having to say no than me having to hear no.) But as much as soft skills are important (and Jami’s are beyond excellent), I like it when someone is direct and straightforward with me about what can and cannot be done, versus beating around the bush and wasting my time. Setting expectations is probably the most important aspect of communication between a business and its clients. Pink’s couldn’t deliver the additional service I booked for a variety of reasons, which was not their fault. But they did make a genuine effort, and Jami did everything she could to make a fair compromise while being 100% honest about setting my expectations. In the end she made things right for me and I received stellar service.

I highly recommend Pink’s to anyone and everyone. The glowing reviews here are hard earned, and I’m impressed by how personal you are treated from asking for a quote to after the invoice has been paid. They care about the job, they care that it’s done well, and they care about the people – theirs, and you.

I can’t praise enough!! We absolutely LOVE this company! From the moment I called Zach for a quote, to the end when they left from cleaning, it was the best experience! I love their style, first of all, the pricing was better than the other bids we got, and Zach personally came out to meet me and created a quote to email me. The other companies didn’t. Their attention to detail is impressive and Zach, Josh and Elijah went above and beyond, doing extra last minute things I asked about- with a positive attitude. I love their style- pink towels they use, I love their logos, uniforms and whole aesthetic. They even gave me a little swag when they left! These guys are TOP NOTCH!! We are now lifelong clients!!
