UPDATE: Braeden made it right!! Chad came back out and touched up some of the windows and completed the ones that were missed. Great customer service! They will ensure you are pleased with their service.

I was surprised when only one employee was sent to do my house. We have 42 windows, 6 of which are dormer windows, with access from the inside at more than 11 feet high. He had to climb on the roof to reach the rear ones, so I know it is not an easy job. I know these windows are challenging to reach, but one has a very large spot that was missed completely, and we didn’t notice it until the next day when it was sunny, so that’s disappointing. Overall, the job was a bit sloppy in my opinion. On some of the windows you can see where the water ran creating streaks that were not properly squeegeed. We were happy with the price compared to other companies we have used in the past, but you know the saying – you get what you pay for. Giving 4 stars instead of 3 because I know how difficult our windows are to reach, but they came out and looked at the house and took photos prior to pricing the job. I would have gladly paid a bit more for a better job, honestly.
